About the Project
A 42×64 (3 module) classroom building was built to meet the college’s additional enrollment needs. The building features three classrooms, a restroom, a mechanical and a conference room each with entrances from the outside of the building.
The design features an energy efficient ERV (energy recovery ventilator) which pumps fresh air into each classroom. This provides better air quality, and ultimately a better learning environment for students. The mix of min-split equipment, an ERV and ceiling fans allows for a consistent circulation of fresh air.
An ongoing effort to provide the best classroom education environment for our community.
The modular portion of the house was comprised of 6 modules and a variety of modular panels.
