Concrete Block Buildings
Building Space for Our Future
In 2002, we began utilizing concrete and CMU block in our modular process to build public restroom buildings primarily for use in housing developments and public parks. This market quickly expanded to include concession stands, scorekeeper booths, storage buildings, pump stations, guard shacks and more.
In 2006, we built a new manufacturing facility on our Aumsville property specifically to produce the concrete/CMU buildings. This facility includes a radiant heated floor which allows us to keep the facility at a higher temperature needed for proper curing of the concrete and masonry work.
This product may be the one people are most surprised to see in our factory.

It makes a lot of sense to build these buildings utilizing modular construction. These types of structures are typically in a public, urban space, or a remote location. The benefit of reducing the time needed on the site is possibly the biggest benefit of utilizing modular construction for this market. The space can be a plot of dirt one day, and a fully operational building the next.
